Insurance accepted for both individual and group therapy
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Groups: The fee for the program is monthly and we do not reimburse for missed sessions. In case of absence, please try to notify your group leader at least 24 hours in advance. If you cannot reach your group leader, you can leave a message at our office at (908) 431-5254 or e-mail the director at Charles@princetongroupsupportcenter.com. It is essential that you use one of these methods to notify us so that we know you are not coming and that you are not in need of assistance.
Individuals: We require 24 BUSINESS hours notice for all cancellations. Monday cancellations must be cancelled by the previous Friday since it is nearly impossible to fill a spot over the weekend. The fee for a missed session is $50 (note: insurance does not cover missed sessions fees).
If there is more than one cancellation in any four week period, regardless of reason (unless of course the office is closed), it will be billed as a missed session. The fee will be $50 and will apply even if 24 hours notice is given. If you wish to schedule another session as a makeup during the same week of a cancelled appointment, and a time is available, it will be billed as a separate session in addition to the missed fee charged for the original session.
